No. 7. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

I’m pretty sure I watched three of these movies already, but hey, leave it to Hollywood to be utterly unoriginal. Even though the foreign-language originals are perfectly excellent, David Fincher – yeah, I know, he’s directed nothing of significance (other than Fight Club, Seven, The Social Network, etc.) – is taking another stab at the franchise, which will star Daniel Craig and Rooney Mara. I’m intrigued.
