First Photo of the New Spider-Man!

The first photo from the 2012 Spider-Man movie has been released, showing star Andrew Garfield in the Spider-Man suit. In the photo, he looks – shall we say – disheveled. When it comes to movies, pictures don’t mean a thousand words, but if they did, this new Spider-Man picture should make you just a little more excited about the upcoming Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer) movie.

While I really enjoyed the first two Spider-Man movies, I’m definitely hoping for something grittier. This pictuer [perhaps falsely] suggests just that.
