It’s been a while since I reported on movie news, but I’m back – at least for this week. I have plenty of “top ten” lists to write over the coming months, but figured this would be an easy thing to do while watching the Patriots get their asses kicked by the Ravens. Here are some of the biggest movie news stories of 2010 so far:
- The sequel to the Star Trek reboot has been given a release date – June 29, 2012.
- Blake Lively has been cast as Carol Ferris, Hal Jordan’s love interest in Green Lantern. The sexy “Gossip Girl” star is hot, but does she have the acting chops to handle a big blockbuster such as this? Time will tell.
