May 1st, 2013
world-war-z-brad-pitt

Who else thinks World War Z is going to be a flat-out disaster? Yeah, I didn’t think I was alone.

Vanity Fair just released a preview of their June 2013 exclusive with Brad Pitt, which provides more detail into what we already knew: the production has been a big, bloated mess. The Academy Awards separates its acting categories by sex and screen time. The Golden Globes goes as far as to separate them by genre. I say screw that. Here are the 20 best performances of 2012, regardless of sex, genre or species.

most-overlooked-movies-2012

The Five Best Nora Ephron Movies

September 24th, 2012

Mark Wahlberg is one of the most successful actors in Hollywood today.  There’s simply no doubt about it.  At only the age of 41, his 20-plus films have amassed a total of $1.75 billion at the box office, which puts him 28th on the list all time.  Not bad for a guy who didn’t even make the cut for the 90′s boy band New Kids on the Block.
