Im a huge fan crime movies and this one blew me away. I found myself actually feeling sorry for Luciani at the end and I shouldn't have. He certainly didn't deserve my sympathy but Arestrup plays the part so convincingly I couldn't help myself. Another recent crime/prison drama is Cell 211(Celda 211) while not as good as A prophet it comes pretty close.
