November 10, 2009some of the movie was good. when i saw it on pay-per-view, and thought it would be fun to take a look. . .
i was shocked at the end. . . was really to slow and the only combat that happened was only a few seconds long to the movies i have seen. . . is this even a WAR story? . if they made it more about the attack of pearl harbor and the attacking battles AFTER pearl harbor (ex. Guadocanal, Iwo Jima) it would be worth watching.

February 11, 2004I LOVED THE MOVIE!!! I love every movie Josh Hartnett is in!! He is such a hott actor! ! HOTT HOTT HOTT!!! BUT WHY DID HE HAVE TO DIE AT THE END OF IIT!! i mean it would be ok if ben died....but josh! NO NO NON NO!! I was crying a lot and im still depressed after TWO YEARS!! AHHHHH!!!!!! January 29, 2004ok, this movie was alright, the only really good scenes were the pearl harbor attack, they could have left out the stupid love triangle and they could have just saved there money and not put us bombing japan, then this would be really spectacular.

January 29, 2004if they would have also gotten a serious director(not saying michael bay is bad, he is an action director, not a war epic director) and a better script with better actors than ben affleck(hes terrible) and josh hartnett then it would be a better movie!
