Movie Review

Dreamworks proves that in animated films, an all-star cast doesn't make up for a lack of jokes. Will Smith, Renee Zellweger, Angelina Jolie, Jack Black, Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese all have big roles in the mildly entertaining yet ultimately unfulfilling fish movie. Full movie review »

The reason why Shark Tale suck so bad is because it had racial and homosexual themes in them. First of all, the racial part was when Oscar was trying to give a hand shake to the puffer fish and he said don't worry a lot of white fish can't do it. That's bullshit. Yeah, to answer your question I am black. So what. The homosexual part was when the shark was trying to hide the fact that he didn't want his father to know he didn't want to eat meat. Translate that to being gay. Plus, he was pretending to be a dolphin. Dolphins are signs of Lesbians. Plus he had on that villiage people work belt and bandana around his neck. GAY!

...Shrek in no way copied any original idea by Disney. While Disney did variations of Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and whatnot, these were NOT original Disney works. Plus, Shrek was a satire; a spoof; a parody... look them up, they don't exactly go with "imitation". Dreamworks made FUN of these fairytale characters that Disney did not create. And FYI, it was Shrek's clever screenplay that made it so successful; the kind that puts it over the top of the rest of the dumb-written children films. Pull your vocabulary together and get your facts straight, rookie.

First of all, Dreamworks has ten times the writing potential than tired old child-aiming Disney. It's proven with Shrek and its sequel. And FYI, Shark Tale and Finding Nemo likely started production at the same time or very closely. If this is a copycat of Finding Nemo, then by all means, A Bug's Life is a copycat of the Antz, which was no doubt superior. Dumbasses...
