Movie Review
The Search for Spock is the must needed sequel to Star Trek 2. Spock dies, Kirk unites with his unknowing son, and the Genesis planet is formed in Star Trek 2; in Star Trek 3, those three subjects make up the plot of the film. It is only fitting that Spock survives, since he has been a main character since the first episode of the television series. Basically, the whole movie is based around the Genesis planet and it's failure, but is also the sole reason for Spock's rejuvenation. The only thing somewhat left on the sides is Kirk's relationship with his son; Kirk cries when he hears of the tragedy but not once in the movie do they meet face to face. Full movie review »
