After a serial killer is murdered, an FBI Agent begins to suspect that a former agent may be executing other serial killers with vigilante justice as his motive. June 24, 2004this film sounds brilliant, the idea of a killer who kills killers is great, and once more, a killer posing as others is really clever...best not turn out rubbish though...
