Eddie Griffin, Anthony Anderson and Michael Imperioli star in the so-called comedy My Baby's Daddy, a film that isn't as bad as it is extremely boring.

Little can be said other than that this movie has very little going for it; cliches abound and jokes fall flat. The actors show spark from time to time, but never flame - Griffin is especially bad as the stereotypical nerd. Imperioli isn't made for comedies (he's much better on "The Sopranos") and Anderson isn't nearly as funny as he usually is.

The movie is surprisingly decent; it never sinks to the lows you would expect it to. In fact, it never really deteriorates into a God-awful film, but after twenty minutes it becomes quite clear that this story is not going to make you laugh.

In some ways, My Baby's Daddy exceeds expectations in that it does not sink into too much toilet humor, but that still doesn't say much. The movie really offers up any reason as to why you should take your time to watch it.
