Torrance Shipman is the captain of the San Diego Toros, the championship-winning cheerleading squad. She has it all, but with the national championships only a few weeks away, she learns that her predecessor has been stealing the cheers from a hip, inner-city squad called the Clovers, and they're looking to even the score.
