Daylight (1996) - Movie Synopsis & Plot

New York. A truck speeding through the tunnels flips over, exploding. A highly concentrated wave of flame and heat rips through the underwater tunnel in both directions, collapsing the entrances and trapping citizens inside. Above, the raging river begins to seep through the cracks that are steadily growing, waiting to reclaim its territory with freezing waters. One man, Kit Latura, braves the impossible and enters, only to be trapped inside himself.
