After a freak explosion to show his sincerity, a man named Simon gets the police's attention and asks for John McClane. McClane is to do whatever Simon says otherwise, a bomb in one of the hundreds of schools in the New York area will go off. The amount of chemicals inside the bomb is enough to level blocks; casualties will be high. They are not allowed to evacuate the schools or the bomb will go off. If the police use their radios, the bomb will detonate. And things get worse when Simon releases the information to the public and thousands of parents begin to panic, stalling traffic and eating up police resources.
McClane's first mission is to stand in Brooklyn and wear a sign saying "I hate niggers." He is quickly attacked by a gang only to be saved a black storekeeper named Zeus. Simon decides to change his plan and now McClane and Zeus must travel around town, playing his little game. But, as they venture further into Simon's little charade, McClane begins to realize that his plan isn't merely revenge but something much greater, much more costly.blog comments powered by Disqus
