Hannibal (2001) - Movie Synopsis & Plot

Several years ago, FBI trainee Clarice Starling brought the serial killer Buffalo Bill to justice, but at the expense of the escape of psychotic serial killer Hannibal "The Cannibal" Lecter. Since then, no one has heard or seen him.

Until now.

The lone survivor of Lecter's rampage, Mason Verger, a millionaire who is confined to bed and a respirator, long ago put out a bounty on Lecter's head. Now, facts are beginning to trickle in as to the whereabouts of Lecter. And in an attempt to save himself and satisfy his tendencies, Hannibal is going to start feeding once more.

And Clarice Starling is going to have to confront her the man that helped her, this time without the safety of a glass wall.
