Jackie is a Hong Kong cop that has been assigned by the CIA to recover a nuclear warhead. From the mountains of Ukraine to the waters of Australia, Jackie learns that no one who he thought was on his side is trustworthy. Pursuing a rogue agent, he realizes that he is in the middle of a conspiracy set up between the Mafia.
