Jane Austen's Mafia! (1998) - Movie Synopsis & Plot

In tradition (almost) of The Godfather, Mafia! Tells the story of the Cortino family. It started nearly a hundred years ago when the innocent Vincenzo Cortino was forced to escape Sicily, his home, and swim to America. There he would grow up to be the godfather of a powerful crime family. However, after being shot 47 times, he realizes that he must pass his power to one of his sons. He gives the family business to his younger son, Anthony, which causes conflicts with the older of the two, Joey, who's a little psychotic.
