Spy Hard (1996) - Movie Synopsis & Plot

Dick Steel used to be The Agency's top agent until he left after his true love literally slipped through his fingers.

Fifteen years later, Steel is lured back into service after he learns that the maniacal General Rancor returns. He is armless, literally, but still dangerous, and Steel sets out to stop him. Steel is joined by the mysterious but beautiful Agent 3.14 to stop his arch nemesis and they soon find themselves face to face with Rancor, and his nuclear missile.
