Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982) - Movie Synopsis & Plot
On a mission to find a lifeless planet for the scientific experiment Genesis, Chekov and his Captain, aboard the U.S.S. Reliant, stumble upon a seemingly abandoned ship. But there, Chekov would be reacquainted with Khan and learn of his devious plan; Khan is going to steal the Genesis and kill Captain Kirk.
Kirk, now an Admiral, goes on board Captain Spock's ship, the USS Enterprise, to do a routine examination. But when he gets a mysterious message from an ex-girlfriend of his, the leader of the Genesis project, he takes command and sets out to discover what's going on.
Kirk arrives, only to be ambushed by the Reliant, and, crippled, must fend for their own without hope of contacting help, including the Federation. But Kirk will not let Khan have the last laugh, even if it means risking his ship, crew, and everything he holds dear.
