Ashe, a victim of urban violence, murdered and thrown to the water, returns with the mysterious powers of the crow. One thing's on his mind: revenge. Stalking his killers, Ashe seeks vengeance on the dark men that corrupt the surrealistic city. Aided only by a young woman, Sarah, who has a psychic link with him and the crow, Ashe must accomplish his quest at any cost.
