Frankie McGuire aka Rory Devaney is an Irish terrorist that has arrived in New York on a mission. Tom O'Meara, a police officer with a large heart, has accepted the stranger into his household knowing nothing more than his heritage. The two hit it off nicely, sharing a common bond. Rory likes the pleasant relaxation of the household while Tom just enjoys talking to his guest. However, as Rory continues to carry out his mission and dangerous men start attacking the once peaceful household, Tom begins to suspect Rory isn't he's all cracked up to be. And when it comes to the final showdown, between the two men, only one will remain standing.
MOVIE REVIEW
The Devil's Own features two extraordinary actors, a gripping, suspenseful story, and a sad ending. Unfortunately, neither the plot nor the action (there wasn't much to begin with) was anything new and the movie lagged in parts, not to mention the seriously disgusting scenes. The Devil's Own is a good movie, just not anything special.Read our Devil's Own, The movie review »
