The Phantom (1996) - Movie Synopsis & Plot

"The Ghost Who Walks," or, the Phantom, is a legendary immortal who has survived nearly 400 years. In truth, the Phantom's high position has been passed down from generation to generation, the wielder swearing to uphold justice and fight against piracy.

The Skulls of Touganda, one silver, one gold, and the third a rare, black jade hold 1,000 times the power that any civilized man knows of. Together, to whomever has them, means ultimate power. Xander Drax, an evil, ruthless millionaire in the early 1900's, seeks the power of the skulls, along with the Pirates of the Sengh Brotherhood. However, the Phantom holds a deadly grudge against the Sengh Brotherhood and will stop at nothing to keep them from ultimate supremacy. Not to mention that he has fallen in love with a woman who's trapped in the middle of it...
