"Trouble the Water" is an extremely visceral account which begins from the perspective of a couple (aspiring rap artist Kimberly Roberts and her husband Scott Roberts) who filmed their neighborhood the day before and the day of Hurricane Katrina with a camcorder they had bought on the street a week earlier.
