August 20, 2009I thought the movie was just so so and the ending was one of the worst ever. When I told my kids that they told me it was because they didn't follow the book and that is why the ending was so bad. they told me there was a big battle at the end of the novel version and they left it completely out. Maybe they thought it would be too intense for the younger children but what about us adults that have been following the series. The next two better be a lot better.
