Contact is an excellent movie. Not in action; there barely is any, but in philosophy. Your views of religion and science are about to collide and it makes you think whether your opinion is really true. Jodie Foster deserved an Oscar for her role and so did the graphic artists of the film. The graphics in Contact blow most other movies out of the stars. The only disappointing part was when she actually went to the alien world but instead of seeing an extra terrestrial, she saw her father; how many times has that been done?
