Gangs of New York (2002) - Synopsis

Set in the mid-1800's, this is the story of how Italian and Irish gangs got started in New York, especially that of Amsterdam Vallon, son of the murdered leader of the Dead Rabbits, who vows revenge against Bill "The Butcher" Poole.
