A Man Apart (2003) - Synopsis

A man known only as Diablo takes over a major drug cartel, and in the process ends up murdering the wife of the top DEA Agent. The Agent, seeking revenge, is stripped of his badge, but that only gives him more reason to fight until he can't fight anymore.
