Moulin Rouge (2001) - Synopsis

A young poet, Christian, played by Ewan McGregor, in the late 19th century moves to the Montmartre district of Paris where sex, drugs, and other taboo things rule. He soon meets a courtesan named Satin, played by Nicole Kidman.
