Ransom (1996) - Synopsis

Tom Mullen is a top business executive, extremely rich. Along with his wife and son, he enjoys a splendid life. Until everything falls apart.

Suddenly, his son is kidnapped and his captors demand a ransom. However, when an FBI drop fails miserably, Mullen realizes that he may never see his son alive again. So, without further ado, over national TV, Mullen announces his new plan. The $2 million ransom has been turned into a $2 million bounty on the kidnapper's heads.
