Movie Review

Grade: C+ In 1977 the Son of Sam was killing people left and right, and people were scared out of their minds. Of course, I wasn't alive then, so I don't really know much about it, and after watching Summer of Sam, I still don't know much about it. Read the full movie review

In all honesty i have never been a raving Spike Lee fan, but I could at least admit he may have had something going in such movies as "Do the Right Thing." I don't think this movie had a good plot, I KNOW it didn't have good writing, and in all honesty i don't think it effectively communicated any of the racial or prejudicial themes that Spike is so well known for.... Spike, not a good job on this one
