Movie Review
In the flashy action-horror pic Underworld, British beauty Kate Beckinsale dons tight, black leather to take on werewolves. Does that make it worth it? Well, yes, but Underworld is a surprisingly entertaining film anyway. Full movie review »

February 28, 2004The story was incredible. It provides all the things that childhood nightmares are made of... Unfortunately the ending screwed everything up. Too much push for the sequel.

February 14, 2004First of all, this has been one of the best movies I've seen all year. Second of all, about Viktor's death-when you are sliced in half, it takes a while for your brain to acknowledge it. (Example: The guillotine in France, people's eyes could still blink and they could still talk for a few seconds after they were beheaded) So his death wasn't cheesy. . .It is perfectly possible to wait a few seconds before realizing he was sliced. . . And the fact that he's a vampire not even a human might have to do with further the delay. But I loved this movie and it's amazing plot-Kate Beckinsale made it so wonderful, and the action was great! I was sad, though, about what happened to Lucien. . .he was so cool! :-(

January 26, 2004When i first saw the trailer for this movie i had low expectations. But when i actually came around to seeing it i was amazed. Other than it was kind of dark the movie was spectacular. The fighting scenes were magnificant. The never ending plot twists and non-stop action took me away. If you don't watch this movie you are missing out on one of the greatests things in recent years.
