Movie Review
Grade: B
I have to admit it now. It bears heavily on this review and probably doesn't give a very accurate one. But, to be perfectly honest, Lethal Weapon is the third Lethal Weapon movie that I saw, starting with #4, then #3, and then #1. Seeing #4 first, I expected something different from the original. I expected a hilarious, all-out action thriller with tons of explosions and lots of mindless killing. It did not. Lethal Weapon had a sturdy plot, some drama, and action laid out to fit the story. It had some comedy but no where as much as the sequels. Lethal Weapon was a superb movie but was no where as funny as I expected and lagged in parts. Nevertheless, it started off a quad series, and for that, it gets a good rating. Read the full movie review
