A Great Film, by Nathan
July 7, 2004
Although I am hopeful that Steven Spielberg will soon make another oscar-worthy film, I am very happy to say that the Terminal is one of the best films so far this year. It will more than likely not get any notice come award time, but it should get notice as another strong film from Spielberg as well as from Hanks. Tom Hanks is one of the best actors of our time and his performance and accent in this film live up to this status. The movie is very funny and there is a lot of chemistry between the different characters. This movie makes a seemingly limited concept evolve into something that can sustain a high level of entertainment throughout using a series of interesting storylines and characters that the audience can relate to.
