Grade: C+
As far as documentaries go, Step Into Liquid is not especially deep nor powerful. For the most part, it is just a higher-budgeted version of a "Best Surfing Moments" video. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean you can't have fun watching it. Read the full movie review
