Taylor Hackford should be commended in a big way. No, not for the movie, but for giving a chance to Jamie Foxx to break out in a big way. Ray, based on the early career of Ray Charles Robinson, is a good but not great biopic, but Foxx delivers a career-changing performance. Read the full movie review
