Movie Review
Grade: C
"The Pink Panther" returns to the big screen more than forty years after the original and almost twenty-five since the last sequel, and if only the wait could be longer. This new version, starring Steve Martin as the idiot Inspector Jacques Clouseau, is dazzled up and more Americanized, and less funny and dumber than before. Read the full movie review

Quite Cute, by Neffie
February 13, 2006
Granted, I saqw it at a free preview, but nevertheless I thought it was quite cute. If you liked 'Naked Gun', you just might like this.
Yes, there is sexual humor, references, and innuendo, but I can't recall hearing a single major swear word! While not good for smaller kids, your pre-teen should enjoy.
Steve Martin was sweet, and very true to the Peter Sellers original. Beyonce could have been replaced with over half a dozen pretty girls. Her acting was bland, and for an 'international pop star' she sang little.
I will probably buy the DVD when it comes out, so I can enjoy it once again.
