Torrance Shipman is the captain of the San Diego Toros, the championship-winning cheerleading squad. She has it all, but with the national championships only a few weeks away, she learns that her predecessor has been stealing the cheers from a hip, inner-city squad called the Clovers, and they're looking to even the score. Now, the heat is on, and it's going to come down to a showdown between the Toros and the Clovers....

Movie Review

Bring it On targeted its campaign at teenage guy, boasting cheerleaders in short skirts and bikinis dancing around a stage. There didn't seem to be too much room for the other audiences. So when I stepped into the theater for this sexy film, I was surprised to see the seats occupied by young adults, old adults, junior high students, and high school students... just about every age group possible. I was also surprised to find that just about every age group enjoyed the film, including me. Full movie review »
