October 18, 2005This was such a great movie, The music was awesome, and the story line was wonderful, The fact that this movie was taken from the bible and could be related to a story in the bible was the part that I like the most, Tamyra Gray showed me in that movie why she should have won American Idol, This was most definatley a great movie that all housholds should see, the music will keep you on your feet from start till end.

October 11, 2005The music is only one reason to go see this awesome movie.
There wasn't one negative thing about this movie. A movie that the entire family could go see and feel good about.
All of the actors and entertainers were exceptional. You believed, you felt and maybe you wouldn't, but I cried.
From the beginning to the end I enjoyed and was moved by this movie.
I hope it gets not only the support of the African American community, but others as well.
We need more inspiring movies such as this that we ALL can relate to.

October 9, 2005I found "The Gospel" interesting and inspiring.
The music was excellent and the actors really showcased their talents.
I was especially impressed by Idris Elba's performance.
We must support movies llike this because they provide another outlet for our stories to be told
in ways that are not degrading or stereotypical.
The solid box office performance of this movie further demonstrates that there is an audience for quality films that feature people of color in prominent roles.
