Movie Review

Grade: A+ Alien is a classic, but what about its sequel? Sequels usually suck but director James Cameron (Titanic, The Terminator) delivers a movie that is just as scary and more action packed then its predecessor, and in the long run, more fun to watch. This time, in the smartly-named Aliens, Ripley (Signourey Weaver) knows what the threat is but is forced to return once again, fifty years after the last incident. What other movie manages to have the same main character with a fifty year time gap? Read the full movie review

Excellent sci-fi., by MAF

A+ for sure. Aliens is an all-time classic. A fantastic adventure/experience. Modelled on the earlier Alien but ramping up just about everything to maximum intensity, Aliens is easily better than its predecessor in every respect (despite some people crowning the original Alien as the better film, Aliens is the one to watch). Best seen in its original theatrical cut.
