Movie Review

This weekend is a great weekend for movies. All kinds of Oscar possibilities unleashed themselves upon audiences (at least in the Seattle area), including The Hunting Party, Across the Universe, Eastern Promises and In the Valley of Elah... So why in hell did I go and watch Resident Evil: Extinction?

For those who enjoy their horror movies with a trace of a story and maybe even a measure of dialogue to round out the chills and boost character development, they might seriously be left wanting.

Looks like a good movie, but how does a virus cause sand storms in a place with no sand. I live in Vegas, and it's not all it cracked up to be on TV, and I'd like to know where we keep all our sand? The movie is not set in the future, because the same charcters are in the movie. Still, it looks good, for an action movie, but I wish the movies were based off the games. Hopefully this one will make sense. The end of the last one made no sense.

Finally, I've been waiting to see this sequal ever since the last movie ended, of course I knew it was coming. Especially w/ Mila staying in the cast. This is a must to keep the same actors/actresses. Still waiting to see some trailers/clips though, I think this will surpass the others, after all, thats what sequals are supposed to do in order to be worthy. Also I am curious to see the newest zombies and creatures, although I have my thoughts on what I think they will be.
