Movie Review

The only real appeal of Bratz: The Movie is that it features a bunch of barely eighteen-year olds running around in high fashion (okay, not all of them are eighteen - so sue me). Of course, every logical reasoning mechanism in my brain warned me that Bratz was going to be an inane, clueless high school picture, and you know what? It is.

Bratz is ok...the girlz in the movie are a lot less slutty than the dolls. As a 41 year old dad, I thought it was a worthy attempt. My kids loved it!

These dolls make Barbie look like a Puritan. They encourage the sluttification of our pre-pubescent girls. Sadly, this movie will gross millions and parents will be coerced into buying even more of the low-rise wearing, kohl-lidded things
