Movie Review

In The Hangover, a desperate bride finally reaches her fiancé's best man five hours before the wedding and is informed that the event is not going to happen. It's not that the groom, Doug (played by Justin Bartha), has changed his mind; it's just that his three friends can't find him, and they don't remember what happened. Cue the opening credits.

I saw a special screening of this movie in Miami with a question and answer session with Bradley Cooper after the movie. He was as funny and real in person as he was in the movie. I thought the movie was hilarious from beginning to end, even during the credits. Mike Tyson did the most he could with his role he was given. Through out the movie each actor takes turn being the lead and each supported each other superbly.

Bradley confirmed that much of the movie was improve but added there was not much of a need to improve because the script was already so well written. Especially the part where the baby was, well, you know pleasuring himself. That was not in the script. He mentioned other scenes too but that was the most stand out scene. He also told us that they used a real tiger for those scenes and he wanted to know why they could not add the tiger using a computer but was told they wanted it to look real. Bradley said they are thinking of doing a sequel but it is not in the works yet.

So, if you need a couple hours of laugh out loud comedy see this movie if it is still in a theater near you, if not then rent it on DVD when it comes out, you will not be disappointed.

I actually thought this movie was laugh out loud funny from start to end. Every scene was funnier than the last, with great one liners.
