Movie Review
Grade: A-
This trend of remakes is disturbing - why, with so many good stories floating around (do Hollywood executives ever read books?), do the studios continue to redo their own movies that were perfectly good in the first place? Actually, I have never seen the original 1976 version of Freaky Friday, so I have nothing to compare to, but hey, it was worth arguing about for a moment. This new Freaky Friday, starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, is actually (surprisingly) quite entertaining. In fact, it is one of the better comedies of the year. Read the full movie review

Very impressed, by Charmaine
January 28, 2004
I didn't really want to watch the movie, but when I watched it I was very impressed. The acting was hilarious, great performance by Jamie Lee Curtis. I guess that was a good movie for Jamie since her last Halloween movie was horrible. I highly recommend to any mother with a teen daughter, it's hilarious even if your daughter isn't "punk."
