Leon Phelps is the perfect ladies man, if not a little horny, perverted, and politically incorrect. He's also the host of a cheesy love advice show. After getting fired from that, though, he next tries to make it big in the radio business. That fails, too.
With his options running out, he gets a phone call from one of his past lovers saying she wants him back - and that she's rich. Unfortunately, he doesn't...
