Grumpy Cat Reviews ‘Worst Christmas Ever’

I agreed to review¬†Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever because my girlfriend is obsessively obsessed with cats. The movie is a Lifetime Original, which really tells you everything you need to know, but if that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know, what you do need to know is it is an entertainingly bad movie. Like so bad it’s good.

The movie puts Tartar Sauce, a.k.a. Grumpy Cat–voiced by deadpan Audrey Plaza–in a shopping mall pet store, where she is forced to the thwart a band of thieves seeking to steal a prized and extremely valuable dog.¬†Grumpy’s Cat Worst Christmas Ever is cheesy, has some awful acting and an even worse screenplay which 1) fails to include its title character for long stretches of time and 2) lacks the charm of Grumpy Cat’s memes. Still, it does evoke laughter from time to time, even if it’s Oh-my-God-this-is-so-bad laughter.

But don’t take my word for it… here’s Grumpy Cat’s take:
