MOVIE REVIEW
The Temple of Doom was quite different from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Actually set a few years earlier, Stephen Spielberg took everything that people loved in the original and doubled it. There was more action, more comedy, and non-stop thrills, the whole way through, which beat out Raiders of the Lost Ark. What didn't beat out it's predecessor though was the story which was too dark, too grim, and too gory. Willie Scott was incredibly annoying, screaming hysterically the whole time, which did not make the movie more enjoyable. Usually, people love it when movies are different from one another but Temple of Doom was far more different than Raiders of the Lost Ark to be considered better. Full movie review »
