MOVIE REVIEW

If anyone hasn't seen Jurassic Park then they certainly haven't been living in a place within a hundred miles of a movie theater. Jurassic Park is a breakthrough in technology, with state-of-the-art special effects that look real enough to touch. Supported by a strong cast, Jurassic Park has a realistic environment, even with the dinosaurs roaming around. Jurassic Park, however, only scratches the surface of Michael Crichton's novel. The movie could have easily been three hours long, going more in depth with the scientific side, though they gave the viewers just the right amount. They could have stuck more to the story, including a longer adventure of Grant, Lex, and Tim, providing many more action and gore scenes. In the book, Tim was older, but that isn't of big concern. Nevertheless, despite it's wavering support of the book's plot, Jurassic Park delivers astounding graphics, horrifying action, and a fascinating, original world. Just to give you a hint of how good it is, I saw Jurassic Park six times at the theater. Full movie review »
