MOVIE REVIEW
"The Warriors." Now this is an interesting one to review. In a way an early version of "Sin City" only more grounded in reality, "The Warriors" is a gang film that takes elements from comic books and a variety of other sources while providing a gritty and moving portrayal of kids without focus. Not about real gangs as much as about young people in a surreal "Mad Max" kind of world (though not nearly so bad), "The Warriors" is a unique film worthy of attention. Full movie review »
