Capsule Review: A fast-paced, action-packed thriller, Extraction 2 is exactly the sequel you'd expect. If you're a fan of the first one, you'll likely be a fan of this follow-up, even if a little of the shine has worn off.

Though the plot may be too lean for some, the movie delivers elaborately staged action sequences in droves--putting most other action franchises to shame.
