Fair Game Review
Cindy Crawford and William Baldwin unite in the fairly mindless but action-packed movie, Fair Game. Cindy Crawford is a lawyer and Baldwin is the cop who ends up protecting her.
This movie is filled with a lot of surprisingly high budget explosions and action sequences. Of course, Baldwin is the fearless cop who does anything from jump on to moving train, take on armed mercenaries with only his fists, and other foolish things that only a movie character could do. Crawford gets a couple punches here and there, but is mainly the helpless damsel in distress.
Unfortunately, Fair Game lacks any plot. Crawford is a lawyer who is trying to repossess a ship that just happens to be a target of a terrorist group. For some stupid reason, they decide to use high tech espionage to kill her than just delay her by legal ways for a couple of days until they can transfer a large amount of money. The plot really makes no sense, but the action makes up for it in the most part.
This isn't a movie I'd likely want to watch over and over again but it does have some really cool action. The plot and some of the character moves are pretty stupid, but there are a lot of entertaining parts.
