A Scanner Darkly Movie Synopsis & Plot

Based on the Philip K. Dick novel, the world has lost the war on drugs and many police officers are addicted to a drug called Substance D. Fred is one such user, and he has set out to bring down Bob, a notorious drug dealer. Unfortunately, Substance D tends to cause split personalities, and Bob is actually Fred.

MOVIE REVIEW

Chances are you're not going to see "A Scanner Darkly." After all, who wants to watch a strange, quasi-science-fiction film in a weird animation style starring Keanu Reeves? Okay, so I did, and I somewhat liked the odd film, but it certainly didn't live up to expectations.
